The sections below are the headings the site's existing commitments imply. They

Educational information only. Not investment, tax, or legal advice; not a

2. No reliance

The PMP Score is a stress classification computed from public data by published

rules. It is not a forecast. Four preregistered tactical tests failed and are

published. Nothing here should be relied on as a basis for a transaction.

3. Model portfolios

Shown to illustrate defensiveness, never recommended, never tailored.

4. Membership, billing and cancellation

$129 per year, annual only. Founding cohort: twelve months free, then automatic

renewal at $129 with thirty days' notice. Cancellation at any time; access runs

to the end of the paid year.

5. Availability

Best-effort daily publication. Feeds fail; the locked failure mode is to publish

with last-known values and flag the delay rather than go silent.

6. Acceptable use

No scraping, resale, or redistribution of the score or its history.

7. Intellectual property

The methodology, copy, and design are ours. The underlying data is public and

belongs to its publishers.
